Terms - General
- Delivery is free within a 5 mile radius of Redditch (£1.20 per mile thereafter up to a limit of 20 miles).
- Advance bookings are essential.
- Platters will be collected the following day. We try and be as environmentally friendly as possible and reuse plastic platters.
- All food must be consumed within 2 hours of delivery and then any remainders after this time thrown away. Alternatively, the food can be refrigerated at 4 degrees Celsius and consumed later at your own risk.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking and the final balance to be settled 7 days before the event
- ALLERGIES
Some of our menu items contain Allergens. These include, Gluten, Nuts, Milk, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Soya, Celery, Mustard, Sulphites, Sesame and Lupin

Terms - Vintage Hire
- Hire period 3 days total, collect one day before event and return one day after event.
- Breakage deposit is required and refundable on return of undamaged items (deposit dependent on amount of china hired).
- Breakage deposit payable on collection/delivery of china.
- Delivery free within a 5 mile radius, mileage charge at £1 per mile above 5 miles. Delivery only available when booked alongside catering.
- Hire only requires collection and return. Items to be hand washed in warm soapy water (not dishwashed) & packaged in wrap/boxes provided prior to return.
- Replacement charges: £3.50 per cup, saucer, side plate, milk jug & sugar bowl, Teapot : £20, Cake stand : £20, large plate £2.50
